The sequence matters more than any single stage. Skipping the second one is how organizations end up owning equipment that does not fit.
We start with what the organization is trying to accomplish and what constrains it — budget cycle, compliance, the systems that cannot go down. The technology plan comes after that conversation, not before it.
Where a decision is large or hard to reverse, we set the solution up in our Solution Center and let your team test it against realistic conditions, alongside the vendor and our engineers.
Work is sequenced so daily operations keep running through the project. Migrations happen in your maintenance windows. Nothing goes live that has not been tested first.
The people who planned the work are the people who did it, and they are still there when something changes. Some customers move onto unified support; others just call when they need us.

The things people usually want to know before the first conversation.
Our engineers are based in Yorba Linda and most on-site work is regional, which is why we talk about Southern California. Remote support and cloud work are not limited by geography, so if the project does not need hands on hardware, distance is rarely the deciding factor.
No, and we would usually advise against it. Most engagements are phased around what is closest to end of life or causing the most pain. A consolidation that takes three budget cycles but never interrupts operations is a better outcome than one that finishes faster and breaks something important.
We hold long-standing relationships with the major infrastructure and security vendors, but we are not obliged to recommend any of them. The recommendation reflects what fits your environment, and we will show you the reasoning rather than just the conclusion.
