Most of the year, retail infrastructure has room to breathe. Four weeks of it, it does not. Manufacturing & Industrial

Plant-floor equipment and corporate IT were designed decades apart and are now expected to share a network, which is exactly the kind of consolidation hyperconvergence is built for. Segmenting operational technology from the rest of the network is layered security applied to a plant floor rather than an office, and the traceability and quality records a manufacturer has to produce on demand are what data archiving is for.

Government & Public Sector

City, county and state agencies carry retention mandates, audit obligations and public scrutiny that private organizations do not. Education

K–12 districts, community colleges and universities operate inside procurement rules and funding cycles that most vendors have never had to work around, and student data carries its own privacy standard under FERPA. The recurring work is virtual desktops for computer labs and one-to-one device programs, long-term records retention, and enough summer deployment windows to know how short they really are.

Energy & Utilities

An outage here is not an internal problem, it is a community one, which raises the bar on both resilience and security. Layered security built for critical infrastructure rather than a standard office network, and disaster recovery designed around systems that genuinely cannot be down for long. This is a newer area of work for us than education or government, and we would rather say so than overstate it — ask what we have actually delivered here before assuming the full breadth of the practice.

Production and post-production generate storage and rendering demand that does not resemble a typical office workload, and a lost archive is not a recoverable mistake. As with energy and utilities, this is a smaller part of our track record than education or government — worth a direct conversation about scope before assuming it.
